Make a daily routine

One of the best ways to avoid stress is to create a daily routine. This should include time for your family, as well as time for your academic work. Be sure to communicate with your family members about your schedule, so that they understand your workload and can support you when needed. When creating your daily routine, start by identifying your priorities. This might include time for research, coursework, meetings, and other academic activities.
